Good Evening - We have officially reached the month of May. Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating. With that said, below are some announcements we want to share with you

1. The pool resurfacing will need to be pushed off until Fall. The work will be done following the post Labor Day closure. It was our decision to delay the work rather than delay the pool opening.

2. Pool Rules for 2026 will be posted to Town Square tomorrow May 2nd. Please review the rules and share them with your children.

3. We have purchased new trash containers for the pool area. This should allow the community to keep the pool area clean.

4. If you are in arrears on your HOA dues, your pool card will be suspended. The suspension will not be lifted until all dues/late fees/attorney fees are paid in full. If you have any questions regarding your balance and the payoff procedure, please contact Community Association Services at 317/875-5600 or login to your TownSquare account (townsq.io).
